Onyekachi is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial, Company Secretarial and Regulatory and Compliance practice areas of the Firm. He has an intricate understanding of Regulatory and Compliance issues which he leverages to identify potential regulatory risks and advise clients on mitigants. He advises both Nigerian and 13 International clients alike in respect of a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues.
His practice focuses on the provision of bespoke legal solutions to his clients, including but not limited to the establishment of companies, partnerships and joint ventures, foreign investments, company secretarial, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, project financing etc.
